Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return policy
Can I reject an item upon delivery?
We encourage you to always inspect the product upon delivery and reject receiving it in the unlikely event of finding any visible damage or discrepancy. Reasons for rejection is as follow:

How can I return an item?
Should there be any damage due to the shipping, please contact us via our social media platform or email within 24 hours from delivery to report it using at least 3 pictures or 1 video presenting the damage to issue a return request for your item. (Terms & Conditions Apply).
Should there be any missing parts/defective products; it must be reported within 48 hours from the delivery date stating the nature of the damage/fault/shortage using 3 pictures or 1 video via our social media platform or email. (Terms & Conditions Apply).
All items are eligible for return only if any manufacturing fault was identified within the first 30 days from the delivery date. Please contact us via our social media platforms or email using at least 3 pictures or 1 video presenting the manufacturing fault to issue a return request for your item. (Terms & Condition Apply).
In case of Change of mind;
On Demand items are not eligible for Change of mind.
In Stock items can be returned within 14 days from delivery date only if the product accessories are complete, secured in the original packaging & the product is in its original condition.
All Return requests is validated by our specialized team to confirm eligibility. Examples for items not eligible for return is as follow:
On demand products or custom request items.
In stock items without original packaging or not sealed.
Items exceeded 30 days.
Items considered as a personal use (for hygiene issues) such as Mattress, pillow…etc.
Items identified as misuse.
Items that is not assembled by Homely team.
How long will my refund take?
All refunds will be issued once item is picked and confirmed as Returned. Once Refund is processed it will take 5 to 14 working days (subject to change based on card issuer policy).
How do I receive my Refund?
Homzmart do not offer cash refunds.
